Tariff information and related services

• From October to April : 90€ by night
• May, June and September : 100€ by night
• July and August : 120€ by night
  • • >> minimum booking of 3 consecutive nights

The rental rate includes:

• Breakfast
• Unlimited free Wi-Fi, accessible in the living room
• Bed linen, towels
• Outdoor swimming pool from 8.30am to 8 pm

Le tarif de la location ne comprend pas :

• The tourist tax (0.61 euros per day and per adult)

Arrival

We welcome our guests between 5:00 pm and 7:00 pm. In case of late or delayed arrival, please let us know.

Departure

On the day of departure, please leave your room by 11:00 at the latest.

Animaux

Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés dans les chambres et sur toute la propriété.

Bank cheques, bank transfer, cash.

Booking conditions

• If booking directly: Reservation guaranteed by the communication of your credit card details valid on the date of stay.
• If booking by mail or by the form or by phone:
• Reservation guaranteed by payment of a deposit of 30% and at least the amount of one night, by check, bank transfer or credit card valid on the date of start of stay

Cancellation conditions

• Any request for cancellation must be made by email or by sending a RAR mail.
• You can cancel or change your stay up to 7 days before arrival date without charge.
• (If you wish to change your dates of stay, please contact us on 06 07 73 10 19).
• A moins de 7 jours avant l’arrivée, 30 % du séjour (ou à minima une nuit pour les courts séjours) vous seront facturés.
• Thus, the deposit paid will be kept or, if applicable, the credit card will be charged the corresponding amount
• In case of a shortened stay, the total amount of the stay initially planned remains due.
• In case of cancellation by us, we will pay you the full deposit.

Use of the premises

• Our guests must ensure the peaceful character of the premises and make use of it in accordance with the destination of the premises.
• We welcome children from 13 years old.
  The rooms are non-smoking. Ashtrays for outdoor use are available.

Capacity

• The reservation is for a maximum capacity of people.
• If the number of guests exceeds the capacity, we may refuse additional people.
• If accepted, a surcharge will be applied.
