Why come fasting?

First to enjoy a week «out of time»!

To cut out the daily habits, change the setting, let yourself be carried away, allow you to free yourself from a certain mental overload. Take time for yourself and give yourself the opportunity to settle down, to recharge.

Putting his digestive system at rest is also allowing his head to let go.

To live this experience in small group of 6 people maximum, make beautiful meetings in a pleasant setting, surrounded by friendly and attentive people.

To start again filled with new energy, new decisions full pockets!

Water fasting

-It is a millenary practice, aiming to voluntarily deprive oneself of external food in order to «feed» by going to draw on its reserves of fat mass and to produce the energy that the body needs to function.

The self-cleaning or autophagy process, which starts after a few days, allows healthy cells to feed on damaged or dysfunctional cells.

The body then proceeds to a deep cleansing.

The Buchinger type fasting which is practiced here, is a water fast. The faster drinks between 2.5 and 3 liters of liquid (herbal teas, vegetable juices, clear broth, and at least 2l of pure water) that provide him with vitamins, minerals and about 250kcal/day.

To who ?

Fasting is for people who are of good health and have reached the age of majority (or with a favourable medical opinion).

It is a fasting called “wellness”, not medicalized.

To live it in good conditions, you must have a good level of vitality. It is not intended for physically or psychologically exhausted persons with a BMI of 18.5 or 30, or with any of the contraindications listed below.

The Medical Academy of Fasting offers consultations before fasting to identify possible contraindications and advise stays with medical support in case of pathology incompatible with the practice of fasting. If in doubt, please consult it.

As such, a precise questionnaire will be sent to you to validate your registration. It is very important to indicate if you are on medication.

Fasting is a serious decision.

  • From 8am to 8:30 am, gentle awakening : free access to herbal teas, lemon water, ginger.
  • Around 9am: muscle awakening (gentle stretches, self-massage, focus breathing) then organic vegetable juice of the day to the extractor, or apple juice.
  • From 10am: Hiking for 3 or 4 hours. A majority of the walks are from the area. Varied randos with low elevation.    Each one will walk at his own pace according to the vitality of the day. Many moments of pause during the walk.
  • Around 2pm return to the estate for free time: rest, nap, reading, swimming pool accessible in warm weather, games...       Optional à la carte care.                                                    Depending on the day, different workshops will be offered (introduction to essential oils, culinary workshop of lactofermented vegetables...)
  • From 6:30 pm de 18h30: evening talk on different topics (fasting, food, natural health... moment of sharing around the experiences of each other) followed by a clear vegetable broth for those who wish.
  • 8:00pm evening free or themed (sophrology session, sound baths...). Board games are available, as well as a library but also a piano for a friendly moment.

Trainees are free to participate or not in the activities offered.

Optional care

When you register, you will have the opportunity to book different treatments with professional care providers:

  • Foot or palm reflexology, method: wxx with Corinne.
  • Different types of massages (relaxing, lymphatic, shi nei tsang, xxx) with xxx and or Corinne.

Who are we ?

Olga

The first 30 years of my professional life were taken by my position as production manager in the audiovisual capture environment. In charge of technical teams, among others, I have always tried to be attentive to my colleagues. So years rich in meetings, trips, responsibilities and... stress too ...

So, in order to preserve myself, my personal journey led me to practice water fasting in order to set the clocks at 0.

The various treatments are not included in the price of the stay. You must book them when you register.
